smart card 60k ultrasonic welder
After promotion,comparison with the former one, the properties of the equipment has been promoted highly, more stability, better in search the frequncy at more wide range,and much better appearance.On the process using the former 60K equipment,with the damage of thewelding horn,the frequncy would be altered.(the frequncy is decided by the size of the product).When the frequncy is altered to a certain degree, the ultrasonic generator would be difficult to coincide with the frequncy, then influencing to the normal running of all the ultrasonic system.
The only way of the solution is change a new welding horn. The newly 60Kequipment
has solved the this problem substantially. The ultrasonic generator would search and fix the altered frequncy of the ultrasonic oscillator automatically, it will make sure all the ultrasonic system would run in steady.The validity of the horn would be prolonged for 2-3 times as it is in the former system. Indeed it would save cost for the wide user radically.

On the process producing intelligent reaction bank card,VIP card,should make the coil immersion tin then do welding. The ultrasonic welding machine can weld the varnished wire directly,there are the advantages as follows:
