Ultrasonic Transducer
The ultrasonic transducer (converter)is a part that could transform the electrical energy to themechanical energy (ultrasonic). The most mature and reliable product now is piezoelectrictransducer, which transform between electrical energy and the soundenergy by the piezoelectric effect. It is composed of the central piezoelectricityceramic component, metal cover board in front and back, the pre-stressed forcescrew rod, the electricity pole piece and the insulation tube. This kind of transducer(bolt fastening transducer), shapes in sandwich, can generate the stableultrasonic wave while the load changed. It is the most essential and the mainmethod to obtain the power ultrasonic generator.
