Ultrasonic Riveting Machine consists of ultrasonic transducer, booster, horn, fixedsleeve, frame (with movement device) and generator. Its work principle is thatultrasonic force horn (force device) vibrates with high frequency, forcing rivetingend to shock the work piece with high speed. Because of the high speed, mostenergy can't transfer to the inner of work piece; the shocked part of work piecewould be deformation, then the riveting work is completed.
